The Awards

A New Student

Hello, My name is Nico and I am a student at the Successful Learning Center.  The  Successful Learning Center is very enjoyable. The teachers are nice and my mentors are very funny I have a really good time.My favorite class is Glee because I like music.

Since I've been in a vocal group before and since I've heard of a possibility of a performance, I came up with an idea to make a list on my ipad of possible songs that I think we could sing.  My plan is to make this list, go over it with the group, and then cut out songs, before presenting the final list to Kristen.  I hope it's good and that I pick songs the other members will like.  Any suggestions would be welcome! : D

The birds are singing, the flowers are blooming and The SLC is in the fourth week of the spring semester!

Our students in Westchester are hard at work in Graphic Design class creating their own business cards and business signs. Photography class spent most of their class outside recently photographing the PACE University grounds and nature center animals. The Glee class has also been very busy learning about different styles of music and the in's and out's of vocals.

Students in class at our Rockland locations have been creating works of art in the Art Studio Class and have become master Mathematicians in the Numbers Game class.

We hope everyone is enjoying themselves as much as we are!

We had a great winter session despite snow days and snow flurries.

Our end of the semester award ceremonies were exciting and inspiring as usual. Students from The Artist displayed their works of art for all to see. Here are just some of the talented creations from our students.
